Style8515（TA-Luft/API622 2nd Edition certified）
This is a Gland packing product braided at a cross section angle with MAC FOIL（Expanded Graphite）and covered with a yarn（PAT'S）which includes PTFE film.
Because the surface of gland packing is covered with PTFE film, this packing has excellent slide characteristics.
Also because the center core of each yarn is made from MAC FOIL（Expanded Graphite）, this works to substantially control pressure applied to the PTFE gland packing.

Because the surface of gland packing is covered with PTFE film, but also strengthened with InconelR wire, this packing excel in slide characteristics and pressure resistance characteristics.
For graphite low slide types of gland packing it is much more common that it decreases stem torque because of the impregnation materials, but now style 8535 is a new type of gland packing which is able to get consistent seal performance and slide characteristics by being mechanically combined with PTFE film.
This is a Gland packing which is specially impregnated with heat-resistant material after braided at a cross-section angle with MAC FOIL（Expanded graphite）yarn strengthen with metallic wire.
Because they are strengthen by metallic wire and specially impregnated with heat resistant MAC FOIL as a base material, it excels in heat resistance, pressure resistance, chemical resistance, but it is also a great improvement for packing removal during maintenance.
